When infrastructure breaks, we find the cause.

Troubleshooting is evidence-driven. We gather what the system is actually reporting before changing anything, and we say plainly when the evidence does not settle the question.

    Narrow to the most likely cause the evidence supports, and say what is still uncertain.

  5. Safe remediation

    A change with a rollback path. Where appropriate, a backup or snapshot first.

  6. Verify

    Confirm the behaviour is actually fixed, not just quiet.

  7. Document

    What happened, what was changed, and what to watch. Written down and handed over.

Not every incident resolves to a single root cause, and some causes cannot be proven after the fact. Where that happens we say so, and focus on reducing the chance of a repeat.

This is the path a single support request takes. Longer engagements start with an audit instead.

    You describe the problem, the environment and the impact.

  2. Initial assessment

    We review the environment and whatever evidence is available.

  3. Investigation

    An engineer investigates the affected infrastructure.

  4. Remediation

    Appropriate changes are made, with a rollback path where possible.

  5. Verification

    System behaviour is validated after the change.

  6. Resolution and notes

    You receive the outcome and the relevant notes.

Trust

Safe infrastructure access

Giving an outside engineer access to production is a real risk. These are the practices we hold ourselves to. They are working practices, not a certification.

  • Least-privilege access. We ask for the narrowest access that lets the work happen, and for it to be revoked afterwards.
  • Credentials handled through your password manager or vault. Not email, not chat.
  • Change approval before anything that affects production, with the expected impact stated first.
  • Backup or snapshot before a major change, where the platform allows it.
  • Controlled remote access — named accounts, no shared logins, session details recorded.
  • Written record of what was changed, when, and by whom, so your own audit can follow it.

We do not currently hold ISO, SOC 2, PCI or any other security accreditation, and do not claim to.
